Group Plan Form

By agreeing to this, you are accepting membership into Brea Express Car Wash Unlimited Wash Group Plan. This allows you and additional member vehicles to use the wash whenever you desire, but no more than once per day per vehicle. The first primary member is charged at regular unlimited wash club pricing, and the additional members are charged at the discounted price. All members are charged once per month on the primary account holders credit card, and vehicles may be charged on different billing dates. You may cancel one or more vehicles at any time by emailing info@breaexpresscarwash.com. Special promos and discounts only apply to new member vehicles. Brea Express Car Wash reserves the right to change the pricing terms or rules of the Unlimited Wash Group Plan. Brea Express Car Wash also reserve the right to terminate any membership at any time for any reason, including excessive use, with the issuance of a prorated refund if the membership plan is cancelled prior to the subsequent billing cycle. *
